Our foam pad meets high requirements and satisfies all demands: The economical foam packaging is soft and therefore gentle, low weight and easy to handle.
A foam cushion as a packaging solution is unique, similar to a tailor-made suit. Regardless of the type, volume or weight of the product, the packaging foam will enclose it within seconds. Foam in place ensures every cavity of the outer packaging is completely filled. Thus the product is protected reliably from shifting during transportation and the foam pad also protects effectively from any external damages such as impact, vibrations or scratches.
As our foam pad packaging is produced on demand when packing the product, it provides space-saving efficiencies which positively influence storage costs. The bags are filled with the two component foam on demand at the packaging station or the packaging foam can be directly injected into the box.
Therefore our foam pad is a little space-saving miracle: a compact footprint with a packaging material that expands during operation to provide you with foam cushions that fill every cavity when the foam is cured, no matter how small the cavity is.

Storopack provides a range of accessories for FOAMplus® systems including a manual cutting system for liner rolls up to 48" wide and packing tables. In addition, FOAMplus® can be integrated seamlessly into production lines and with other Storopack packaging systems.
FOAMplus® makes it easy to produce your own custom packaging on-demand. The molding system is easy to use and can produce as many as 13 cushions per minute. As they are formed, the FOAMplus® cushions can simply be placed directly into the packaging carton around the product and the package is ready to go. On-demand custom packaging molds save valuable time and costly storage space.

Foam made of polyurethane. FOAMplus® is produced without CFCs (Chlorofluorocarbons) or HCFCs (Hydrochlorofluorocarbons). FOAMplus® foam cushions can be reused for multiple shipments of the same product. Its light weight helps to save fuel during transport. As part of the general waste stream, FOAMplus® foam is an excellent fuel source for modern waste-to-energy facilities.
